Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy from NobleNestwear. Last updated October 26, 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. In these terms, "NobleNestwear", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs this website. You can reach us at noblenestwear@outlook.com.
Orders and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices at the time you order.
- An order is accepted when your payment goes through and we send your confirmation.
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown by mistake.
- Discount codes can be used on eligible orders only. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Whop. We do not see or store your full card details. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery
Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days from the day you order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery can take longer because of customs, carriers or busy seasons. See our delivery page for details.
Please enter your address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.
Returns and refunds
You can ask for a return within 30 business days of delivery. Email noblenestwear@outlook.com before sending anything back, and we will tell you how. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with your order details and a photo and we will make it right. Our returns page has the full details.
Sizing and product information
We show size charts and photos to help you choose. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Measurements may vary slightly between items.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live. Subject to that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
